Important Update to Sangadahara Chathurthi Maha Homam (Date Change)

Dear devotees,

Due to the Victorian Government’s announcement of a lockdown we have made the decision to change the date of our Sangadahara Chathurthi Maha Homam to Sunday 24th October 2021.

The Sangadahara Chathurthi scheduled for Saturday 29th May 2021 WILL NOT GO AHEAD. We will be performing the Maha Homam on Sangadahara Chathurthi on Sunday 24th October 2021.

However, the Ubayam that was scheduled for Saturday 29th May 2021 WILL GO AHEAD AS A NORMAL UBAYAM with timings as follows:

6:30pm: Sangadahara Chathurthi Abhishekam

7:15pm: Daily Pooja

7:45pm Vasantha Mandapa Pooja followed by Perambulation of Lord Ganesha

The Maha Homam schedule (Aavarthi timing) that was planned for 29th May 2021 will now transfer to Sunday 24th October 2021.

If you have already registered to participate in the Maha Homam, the Temple Office will contact you with the updated details.
